On the third Thursday of November, like everywhere else in the world, Passions Productions celebrates the release of Le Beaujolais Nouveau 2009 with an evening promoting the revival of the French ritual in Los Angeles.

The excitement generated by the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau is comparable to the frenzy surrounding a major award show, and “Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé” is almost as recognizable an announcement as “And the winner is…” BEAUJOLAIS PASSIONS attendees will all be winners treated like royalty as they celebrate this event in the nation’s premiere automotive museum, The Petersen Automotive Museum.

Guests will have the unique opportunity to enjoy the Museum's exceptionnal collections while sipping delicious wines and experiencing the beauty of French culture firsthand.
This is a unique and enjoyable way to network while sampling fine French cuisine, dancing, and having fun.

BEAUJOLAIS PASSIONS will feature the Georges Duboeuf Beaujolais Nouveau 2009, other wines from the Beaujolais region, dozens of exhibitors, live entertainment, a fantastic DJ, a fabulous silent auction, and great raffle prizes.

• Francophone Fest - Beaujolais Nouveau celebration

The French Consulate of Los Angeles presents Francophone Fest - Presented by the Francophone and French Chamber of Commerce, under the auspices of the Consuls of France, Belgium and Quebec.

Organized by French Tuesdays and Selavi Productions.

FrancophoneFest is taking over the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood and is bringing along the elements that make up the essence of Francophone cultures.

The evening will blend together French wines (Beaujolais Nouveau, Languedoc Roussillon) and Belgian beers with Lebanese and Moroccan flavors, Vietnamese perfumes and Tahitian and Caribbean dances, as the world of Francophone food, spirits, music and entertainment invade the heart of Hollywood.
